Form Submission Acknowledgement.
Your housing agreement includes Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. If you move-out early, it is considered breaking your housing contract. If it is for an approved reason, you will not be charged. However, a housing hold will be placed on your account. This hold will prevent you from registering for classes within the same academic year.
In the event that you want to re-enroll in classes for Spring 2026, your housing agreement will be reactivated and you will be given a new housing assignment and will be responsible for your housing agreement for the remainder of the academic year.
